Please note that items are ready for pickup only after the payment has been fully processed, which may take a few business days.

We provide 2 worldwide* shipping options:

• Standardized Shipping: Free shipping with FedEx/DHL
• Secured Shipping: Premium handling with Malca-Amit/Ferrari (shipping fee applies post-order)

Important:

• Shipments are delivered DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
• Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and VAT (if applicable). These fees are determined by your local authorities and will be communicated after checkout.
• For estimates, contact your local customs office.

EXOTIC SKINS

Some KINSMEN watches or accessories may feature straps crafted from exotic leathers, such as alligator, crocodile, or ostrich. These materials are regulated under the CITES Convention and international trade laws, which may restrict their import depending on your country.

Before Purchasing:

• Check Local Laws: Confirm exotic leather goods are permitted in your country (e.g., bans in California, Australia, or India).
• Secure Permits: Some countries (e.g., USA, Switzerland) require CITES import permits—arrange these in advance.
• Prepare for Fees: Customs inspections or delays may incur additional costs.

Note:

• We provide supplier documentation (e.g., invoices, HS codes) but cannot guarantee clearance.
• No refunds for orders seized due to non-compliance.

• Credit Cards

If you’re paying with a credit card, please make sure that your credit limit is higher than your total order amount. 

• Bank Transfer

If you’re paying by bank transfer, you will have 24 hours to pay bank transfer. If the payment isn't made on time the purchased item will automatically be relisted on our website.

Brand new timepieces

Buyers agree to No Return for all “brand new” and "new old stock" watches. The condition can be found in the Condition Report provided with every online timepiece.

For all other products

If any issue regarding the integrity of the item(s) is discovered by the buyer it has to be shared to and acknowledged by KINSMEN within 2-calendar-day-period upon the shipment delivery.

Furthermore the buyer will be responsible for arranging the return shipment within 14-calendar-day-period of receiving the item(s) and all accompanying material(s).

Failure to comply with the above stated terms would void any potential reimbursements of the item(s).
