Direct Purchase

If your watch or your collectible catches our eye, we will consider making you an offer for a direct purchase at a mutually agreed price.

Consignment

Based on your preference we will share your item publicly on our platforms and/or to our network of private collectors.

Publicly Available Price

Your item can be listed publicly at a set price while also being open to offers, whether it's available publicly on our platforms or shared with our network of private collectors.

Price on Request

For items with "price on request," each inquiry will be vetted before disclosing the price. Whether publicly or privately available, your item can be listed with a request for pricing.

The process, explained.

  • Submit your items

    If you're located in Hong Kong, you can bring your items for a free appraisal by booking an appointment here.

    If you are not in Hong Kong, you can fill the digital form first to receive a provisional appraisal based on the information shared with us.

  • Authentication

    After physically receiving your items, our team will further examine them before providing the seller/consigner a final appraisal.

    The client is responsible for shipping expenses.

  • Valuation

    When appraising, we will take into consideration a variety of factors regarding the item itself as well market conditions and recent market sales both public and private.

    Based on our research and expertise we will connect with you to share our insights and mutually agree on price.

  • Cataloging & Promotion

    Our in-house team will then proceed with a professional shooting of each item before sharing them on the most relevant platforms.

    This service is free of charge after both parties have agreed to consign or sell an item. Specific promotion strategies can be discussed on a case by case basis.

  • Sale

    According to the sale method, online or offline, and after receiving the entirety of the funds for each sale, we will require a minimum of 5 working days to proceed with the transfer of funds back to you.

    We are used to facing a variety of sale scenarios, you will be informed of each steps and offers made for your items along the way.

For watches we have a particular preference on independent watchmakers and prestigious brands, our primary consideration is the quality and historical significance of each piece.

Our team can facilitate the secure delivery of your item to us through insured shipping and armed couriers, no matter where you are located in the world.

As Hong Kong is a free-port importing items is relatively straight forward and cost effective. However, if you'd like to get them back to your country of origin your shipment might be subject to a different tax regulations.

The client is responsible for shipping cost and any other related expenses.

Our Watch & Collectible Specialists will get back to you within 48 hours on weekdays (Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 19:00 HKT).

To get a final appraisal we will need to receive the item(s) physically to conduct a full examination.

KINSMEN typically reviews consignment requests within 1-2 working days.
